Steve explained everything before coming to do a onsite evaluation. He also gave us some advise regarding where and what size we need for our house. He gave us a notice regarding when the installation would take place and who were coming to fit the aircon . The installation team were polite and kept our house tidy and clean. After installation, We got a video to show us how to use the aircon which is super helpful! The air con is quiet and cool down our room very quickly. Had them install bedroom units at our previous house and soon as we moved was a priority to get them back installing. Steve came out and gave us the best recommendations very quickly and then was able to fit us in within a week of giving them the thumbs up. They gave us their best price possible for 3 units and we really got a good deal and the guys that came to install were very informative, gave us updates and installed them all very efficiently and kept all rooms tidy as they did them. They completed the job and went through everything with us on completion and left everything tidy as it was before they arrived.
